Clarence "Clary" Murray

Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family and friends, at the Lion’s Manor in Placentia, on December 6, 2025 at 84 years of age.

He was predeceased by his wife Mary of 56 years, parents; Joseph and Mary Murray, sister Doreen (James) Lewis, great nephew Cody Barron, Sarah and James Costello and sister Marilyn Costello, in-laws; Walter and Martha Gorman, special friends; Simon Hickey and Renee Walsh.

Left with fond memories are Paddy and Marie Gorman, Doreen and Bill Moore, two grandchildren; Hayden and Hunter. Also, many nieces and nephews whom he cherished very much. His devoted friends: Carol Ann & Joe Cantwell, Dot & Bill Costello, and Winnie & Ned Myers.

Clary will be remembered for his love of gatherings with family and friends, music, camping, walking and his love of pets.

A special thank you to the staff at Lions Manor in Placentia for their exceptional care.

Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Assumption Catholic Church, Avondale on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 10:30 am with interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, Avondale.

Flowers will be gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to Assumption Parish Cemetery Committee.
